Due to adding the underground parking garage, VROM requested a planning permit prior to issuing the building permit. This permit was applied for on July 21, 2005 and takes approximately nine months to obtain. During this process, VROM announces project in the newspapers allowing for public to voice any objections for two 30 day periods.
