Interior work continues. Cabinets in 4th kitchen being installed. Stainless steel railings being installed. Hurricane shutters being installed. Pool area being poured. Boundary walls almost completed.

Work on interiors continues. Shower tiles, interior doors, glass sliding doors & kitchens are being installed. Cromoglass sewage system is placed in ground. Exterior boundary walls, pool and sea wall work progresses.

Exterior finish is almost done and painting is under way. Windows & glass block is being installed. 28" cap for sea wall to be poured this week. Interior tiles to start next week.

02 AUG 06 Building permit is issued.  Work on sea wall & excavation of land for building to start 14AUG06.  
     
10 JUL 06 Approval of planning permit granted.
Building permit to follow shortly.
 
     
30 SEP 05 VROM placed newspaper announcement for project on 01SEP05 allowing for objections to be raised up until 30SEP05.  
     
21 JUL 05 Due to adding the underground parking garage, VROM requested a planning permit prior to issuing the building permit. This permit was applied for on July 21, 2005 and takes approximately nine months to obtain. During this process, VROM announces project in the newspapers allowing for public to voice any objections for two 30 day periods.
 
     
25 MAY 05 Underground Parking Garage:
Developer commits to building an underground parking which will enhance the project tremendously.
 
10 MAY 05 Building Permit Application in:
The Building permit application was submitted to the building department.

14 APR 05 Temporary Construction Fence is erected :
Property has been cleared and now is completely fenced in so construction can start as soon as building permit is approved.

13 APR 05 Meeting with VROM :
Developer and architect meet with VROM (Building Department) to review project and plans prior to submitting building permit. Building permit should be applied for by 25 APR 05.
10 APR 05 Land is Cleared :
Land is completely cleared of trees and debris as well as leveled.
